Yeah I ordered it like, shortly before FFR actually started getting serious with the store, I think there was one shirt design and it was pretty ugly but I was like HEY COOL I'LL ASK MY MOM TO GET ME A SHIRT BECAUSE FFR IS OKAY AND I'D LIKE TO REPRESENT IT.

Don't count on it. Everyone that used to work here no longer works here (and, legally, they can't anymore) -- it's just Synth.Comment

Re: So does this mean I can get my shirt now?
They'd have to break out of the contracts they signed regarding Third Style.
Considering the current state of FFR and the inability to hire, I doubt that's going to change. The only things we can expect from FFR, at this point, are the results of volunteerism.
JasonKey has since donated all the shirts, BTW, so it's simply not possible anymore. Even if he hadn't, you'd still have to go through him, as he's no longer a part of FFR.Last edited by MrRubix; 10-11-2010, 11:51 AM.Comment

Re: So does this mean I can get my shirt now?
Typically, if a business declares bankruptcy, you can file a claim with the US Bankruptcy Court to try to recover what is owed if your paid-for merchandise never made it into your hands.
But if they haven't filed, then you can take things to small claims court, but it's usually a massive pain in the ass to collect (and can be a very difficult, expensive, and exhausting process).
In other words, any money you spent on FFR merchandise that you never got is lost money you probably won't get back. You can try to get it back legally if you *really*, *really* wanted to, but considering the costs of the items involved, it's probably not worth the time and effort.Comment
