I'm not sure whether it does or not, but it will absolutely stop him spamming up comment walls.

Being banned doesn't prevent you from posting videos or posting comments on the video database. Similarly, you can post comments on replays while banned too.

I agree that this kid needs to be banned from the video database if at all possible.
