So I broke my screen on my super crappy $60 Kyocera MetroPCS phone a while back, and just kinda lived with it for a while before starting to look for a new phone. I did some pretty in-depth research on smartphones and decided to go with the HTC Touch Pro 2...However it's a $600 phone and I didn't feel like paying that much obviously, so I lurked on craigslist for a week or two looking for a CDMA Sprint or Verizon version of the phone for sale (also did alot of research on flashing these phones over to Metro from Howardforums, for those of you familiar). Picked one up for $360, spent about 4 hours "hacking" the phone, reverting drivers, changing prl's, and various info to get it ready to be MetroFlashed. Took it to 5 different retailers trying to get it flashed, none of them knew how to do it
/facepalm
Finally, 6th one is the charm, got it switched over, it was a headache, but worth it. It's an amazing phone, not much you can't do on it, especially because it has Windows loaded on it. Anyone else have smartphones? Screw normal ones, never going back xD
