Looks like you pour some liquid nitrogen on a magnet, and place them opposite polarities to each other and whatever chemical reaction occurs causes it to repel in a controlled manner.

But, I could be wrong, I suck at physics.

That's what I'm thinking, but I've never actually done an experiment like this. The foam is just to well the magnet in a pool of liquid nitrogen safely.

If you plan on trying this, don't be like that guy and put your unprotected fingers so close to liquid nitrogen; wear gloves.
