Actually years ago, my family had the million dollar winning pieces. Where you have boardwalk and something else. We had it! but my mom forgot and she left it in her pocket, and she washed it. I COULD HAVE BEEN THE MILLION DOLLAR WINNER!

Not really, she didn't realize we won until the next day when she was hanging out with friends and they were talking about Mc Donald's Monopoly. She just forgot about the whole thing and then it hit her. And she realized she washed it.

My uncle threw away boardwalk because he never thought he would get a park place. That following week my aunt got a park place. They were devastated for a little bit.

My sister had the winning Boardwalk piece once then some elaborate devastating event resulted in her losing the piece. We could have been millionaire.

This is pointless as there's only one rare piece in each set. I doubt the person with the rare piece would want to split the prize 50/50 with the people who have common pieces.
