Stupid AIM Program

Alright, one of my "friends" keeps using this aim program to sign me off line and such, it is really annoying. I am not saying the name so other people dont do it too.

What im asking is how i prevent it, i block all file transfers (thats how they are crashing it) and made it so a dioglog has to appear before accepting a IM. I cant just go flat out block everyone on my buddy list, because i get a lot of IM questions about FFR League, so, i temp have a new screen name, lightdarknessFFR. Is there any way anyone can think of blocking this stupid program without blocking out everyone?

I've threatend to have my friend hack him, but that is not a big threat on the net.

how about this.. .. just block the fucker from being able to im you... or just do the same thing back to him.. eventually he will quit.. and everything will be back to normal

If it's the program that I'm thinking of that has recently started popping up in all my friend's hands, it doesn't work on older versions of aim.
