You know why 90% of the flu cases now are H1N1?

Because it's not typical flu season sweet Jesus.

Here is some credible statistics that the uninformed might want to use to back up their thoughts on the new scare called swine flu.

556 deaths is still 556 deaths: this flu isn't a joke. However, source said that a vaccine is being produced at the moment, and is probably available Mid-October.

                  How much? You tell me...

And when it comes to flu, disregard age to whomever gets affected with a flu or any other diseases. People with weak (or weakened) immune systems are most susceptible, not just the very old or very young.

On some level, don't we all want that? Assuming we're part of the .06% immune?

The swine flu is really just a more powerful version of the regular influenza virus. It's not as bad as it is always exaggerated to be.
The health department at my college is estimating that 50% of all students on campus will get the virus by the end of the school year.
That's a lot of people. If it were so untreatable and so deadly as some of you are making it sound, I'm sure that with a number as big as 50%, they'd be taking MUCH more precautions than they currently are.

Don't worry yourself too much that you have it. I know a bunch of people who have had it and they were just fine :]

That being said, the flu is still the flu and I used to get it every year back in the day. It sucks and I hope you get better soon

I'd probably end up in Boulder, although I'm more of a Vegas man.
