So I can't play SM.. Can't go more than a couple of minutes without scratching or irritation and i have some on my knuckles that hurt when bent..

Long epic story as to why I have so many.. includes lack of sleep and my face being in the dirt for sometime... (don't do criminal actions)

Owch. I once had a lot of bug bites when i played little league baseball. Damn bugs bit through my uniform. I put peroxide so they wouldn't itch anymore

No, I mean i thought the actual number, 1,2,3 etc were bug bites that turned black from infections or something.

Anyways, people have some kind of chemical that's repellent to some insects. Some people have more of it than others. Those who lack it are more prone to bites, or so I've read in a fact book...
