Does Software Like this Exsist?

I'm wondering if theres something that can screen capture, and stream. Sort of like a HyperCam I could use in Video Chat, or over AIM video chat. Hell even maybe just some sort of trick I could use to accomplish that same goal. I honestly have no idea if there is something like this out there, but it seems entirely possible, so I figured I'd ask =P.

Hmm, same topic so I'll just bump this thread.

This time I'm looking for basically an alarm clock for my computer. So if I have something in the oven, or whatever reason, I can set it and not have to constantly watch my computer clock for 45 minutes in fear that I will forget.

argo - Thanks =D (I hate when URLs are obvious like that..)

NFD - I dunno if it records, it acts like a webcam though, live feed or whatever.
