Windows pisses me off. Whenever I hit X, it doesn't close. Yeah, it does in a minute, after it's taken time to think about it. When I hit X, I don't care about saving, shutting down gracefully, making a backup copy, whatever. When I hit X, I want the program to FSCKING CLOSE!!! Which is why I want Xkill. Xkill is a linux program where you hit (I think) Ctrl-alt-X or something, and whatever program is up just dies. Instantly. It's like Alt-F4, only it actually works. The problem is that it blows for Windows too. Damn that insuffrable Bill Gates...

ctrl + alt + del > processes > end process of the application you want...
ends programs instantly...
if its just a window.. then i suggest just getting a computer that works..

Bah, it happens with every Windows program, and you know it. I have a 3000+ with 512 Megs of RAM, my comp is fine. Windows is the most processor inefficient system, and huge system hog at the same time. I just hate it when I click X and it doesn't immediately close the program. If I click X, I want it to CLOSE, DAMMIT!!!
And Ctrl-Alt-Delete doesn't work either, especially if it's frozen. "Do you want to end this program?" Yes, I want to end it, damimt! That's why I clicked the little red fscking X!Comment

Er, well...it's mostly when programs freeze, which Xkill also takes care of. Whenever a program freezes, even after Ctrl-Alt-Del it takes it a good 30 seconds to close sometimes. This annoys me. I wish the X took higher preceedence over any other system action.
And Moogy, you spent like $3000 on your state of the art behemoth, I spent $700 on mine. Shut up.Comment
