man, let me put things this way- i hate rap with a passion- i hate the music i hate the people who think theyre cool for rapping- but i respect the muscians that go out and do their dream and have the talent to create music- now michael jackson- i like alot of his stuff- the rumors behind what he did are controversial of course but even so were supposed to be looking at his musical influence- not his life or mishaps- when people die you dont point out their faults- you point out there good and best qualities- and jokes are fine- everyone will make them anyway- it doesnt matter if your a criminal or not- remember when steve irwin died? hell the guy never did anything wrong and people were still making prick jokes- welcome to the world
As life gets longer, awful feels softer and it feels pretty soft to me. And if it takes **** to make bliss well I feel pretty blissfully. If life's not beautiful without the pain, well I'd rather never even ever see beauty again. As life gets longer, awful feels softer, and it feels pretty soft to me.
I didn't think he would die so young. I was on my way downstairs when I heard the news talking about it. I do have to say that I did cry a little bit. I loved Micheal. I'm going to miss him. <3
Too many ignorant comments. Learn some respect, it's really sad to read all the hateful comments. If you went through even a tiny bit of torture he went through at any negative point in his life, you'd have died inside long ago.
How can you judge someone you never knew? How can you believe the media when nothing was ever proven?
His greatest work happened in the 80's, false accusations arose in 2000, can't you learn to respect the man or at least quit trash talking him?
Whether you hate him or love him.
His legacy is absolutely undeniably the best.

Drop the stupid comments, I can't believe this topic is still alive after ruining it with trash talk.

Yes, that's probably some of the most important thing MJ left behind: what he did to the music industry. As a person though, he never really had the childhood of a normal kid, and when he tried to recreate the experience that he never had in his past, things unforunately didn't get better. Maybe Neverland shouldn't have been created in the first place. Having a new childhood in adult life didn't work out right.

BAWWWWWWWW
But seriously, torture? I'd be happy to put up with all that **** if I had the money and fame he did.
So you're saying you'd enjoy going through the physical and mental abuse of a power and money hungry father until your early 20's? You'd also enjoy being 400 million dollars in debt and having your entire estate repo'd by the state of California? You'd also like to be called a pedophile and child molester for the last 10 remaining years of your life on the earth and then just pass away from cardiac arrest?
Quit the forums you ****ing idiot. If you had a shred of intelligence, you'd never wish any of his torture upon yourself, cause he sure as hell wasn't content with it.
I was thinking just a while after he died, how lonely he must have been. :/
And then I heard someone on TV being interviewed, I think it was his lawyer for the child abuse cases, talking about how frail and lonely Michael Jackson came off as. Really made me feel terrible, but now that I've slept on it and all I'm a bit calmer.
With all that, he was world famous - and in this society, all that fame comes with a huge responsibility. Looking back on it all, and everything that's been said to date - he didn't seem to lead a very happy life in the slightest. Though he is dead, his publicity will still rise and he'll be remembered for generations to come for his music and his life.
