My brother was talking about it like...a long time ago. he said they drugs they use on people well... they didnt actually make u tell them anything, but you'd feel so much like shit after you took it and you'll think u told them everything while you were drugged!!! so they use that to get you to tell them stuffs, b/c u think they already know!-JamieComment

EDIT: To the person above this post: Thats sorta the idea. But, nowadays they don't use DRUG drugs (like LSD, for example), they use other chemicals, such as the notorious Sodium Pentathol, which kinda dazes you and makes you more vulnerable to questions asked of you.
