So I Have This Mouth Sore Right?

Right. I have a mouth sore so conveniently placed that when I close my mouth after yawning or chew normally my left Canine tooth slides right into the indentation.

I'm hoping to get some advice on what I can do to get rid of it or at least to sooth the journey if time is all it takes. Thanks!

Ouch, I know how you feel. There's really not much you can do, besides avoiding certain foods, such as chips.

What? Why does everyone like to get life advice from people who like to play flash games?

Tell your parents, they will know how to solve this problem.

Cold sores? Get more sleep. That's one of the most effective ways to get rid of them.

rinse your mouth with salt water
supposedly that helps it heal quicker

That is advice, by the way.

It helps dry the wound out.

Try everything they have said here, one of them is sure to work.

Best Idea I've heard in a while.

Personally I get a ton of mouth sores like this when I eat tomatoes. That is why I never eat spaghetti and rarely eat pizza. I have found that the alcohol in Listerine is very soothing if you can deal with the initial burn.

As everyone has already said, warm salt water is best (especially if you wanna save money) *cough* Anyway, as for Listerine... it can be fairly painful and the the after soothing effect is sorta like being on fire one minute then drenched with water the next; you're still burning. But everyone is different so if the salt water does nothing, go for it.
