A very simple question

I almost didn't bother making a thread for this, and I prolly shouldn't have, but it's been bugging me.
What does the multi-quote button do? I've tried experimenting with it in certain situations, but to no avail. If you could answer this or even post a link that answers my question that I was too stupid to find for myself, it'd be appreciated.

So you want to quote a bunch of people at once, here's what you do:

Click the little plus buttons on the posts you want to quote, and on the very last post you want to reply to, click the actual Quote button.

It'll pull in all of the posts you +'d, and the final Quote will pull in the last one. Then you can respond to them all in one reply.

Oh good stuff, thanks. I had always wondered how to do that without taking all the quotes from subsequent posts and mashing them into one of my own. The "multi-quote" button sounded like a good fix for that, but I never got it to work. Thanks again.
