7 PM, doing good. Feeling a little better every second, and already have stopped vomiting (at least for today, at least). I'm still getting stomach aches, but I think I'll be alright; stomach aches are something that you would rather have, instead of vomiting being included in the mix. Also, if I can recall, I've had the stomach flu two to three times already, so I already have a bit of immunity. Basically, my stomach flu is probably going to only last a couple of days, at which from that point I'll be able to start getting more active (currently, even moving can get my stomach queasy and aching), and eventually rid myself of the stomach flu entirely. Trust me, I've had the stomach flu before; I still remember (at the old house) feeling fine, and then all of a sudden smacked with a sudden case of the stomach flu. So, I should be fine; it's something I've dealt with before.
PS: Redneck remedies work better than Mexican remedies.
I've been getting light cases of it from about mid-January to now, off and on. I'm praying I can make it to April and not get hit with a big shot of the stomach flu.

I've only had something bad once, when I was around 10, it was giving me terrible headaches and in turn motion sickness which made me throw up every fear hours.. It cleared up in about 2 days though. Other than that, I've never gotten seriously ill, and barely catch any small colds as well. I don't go and get flu vaccines etc. too. :/
I don't get flu vaccines, either. I've never even had a hepatitis booster shot before, either; proof that one can live without medicine. All you need is some ibuprofen and some rest. Then again, medicine is always there to help, but there is such a thing as drinking lots of orange juice and resting.
I can't remember the last time I actually puked. It's been a while, but I have unstable stomach acid, so I'm always feeling nauseated. So I'm more like the master of not throwing up now. xD
It's all sugar-water with coloring and some salts thrown in. /shrug

Water is THE most essential thing when you're sick...sugar is your primary source of energy for your body...and salt, I have no idea. I guess it makes your heart pump harder and/ or faster in order to equalize the hydration in your body, which could be a good thing, seeing how it would pump more white blood cells through the bloodstream? I don't know.
P.S. I never take any medicine when I have headaches or when I'm sick (unless they're absolutely necessary antibiotics). As a result, I think my body is less dependent on drugs and tends to get better faster than most people.

Also, you are partially incorrect. Cane sugar is not the primary source of energy for your body. Go look up "sugar" and learn the differences between the terms. Your body doesn't digest foods and turn them into Snickers bars and Gatorade, which is why you don't **** Snickers bars and piss Gatorade.
As for your comment about salt, it takes 30 seconds on Google. If you're going to take the time to correct me, please make sure you have a clue what you're talking about first instead of going "wtf? no u" when I make a comment that I later clarified and required no response like yours in the first place. Some things you can at least get the basics of on Wikipedia, and on things this basic you don't always have to cross-reference your resources:
You can find that here. You'll also find that sports drinks are often times oversaturated with sugar and often times contain too much of anything else for practical application. So in essence, Gatorade is glorified sugar water and you'd be better served looking at other alternatives with less sugar if you're sick or exercising heavily, or if you're doing light exercise, there's this reeely graet drink I herd they sel cald Watr.

Anyways, guys, if you haven't noticed medicine and the like has really influenced the average lifespan of people. That, and sanitary conditions, etc, etc. But.. Yeah, medicine isn't a bad thing.
People have been trying to find remedies for ailments and pains since the dawn of man, it's just hey, now they work. You're not somehow better for not using medications. If you guys want to be bull**** hippies and whatnot be my guest, but come on.
