    Funny Ass Firefox Ripoff

    This is seriously one of the funniest(and lamest) ripoffs of a major web browser I have ever seen. Called CometBird, this thing's UI is exactly the same, all the internal windows are the same, the Logo is very similar, the name is closely mimicing... just wow... super fail.

    P.S. user reviews are so faked and LOL, HORRIBLE grammar and spelling and such. God damn this is so LOLFAILBOAT.

    LOL EVEN THE ACTUAL FIREFOX VERSION AND COMETBIRD VERSIONS ARE THE SAME LOLOLOLOL!

    At least they admit to using Firefox code but seriously c'mon. Build your own **** instead of adding 1 maybe 2 features and sending it out as a whole new browser under your own name wow.

          Where does CometBird come from?

          CometBird is developed from the source codes of Mozilla FireFox and also follow the source code license of Mozilla.

          FireFox is a fast, powerful and full-featured web browser which is an open source program. By using the FireFox codes (exactly the same except some logo pictures) and carefully selected addons, we make CometBird stable and easy to use.

          Thus, any improvement and bugfix of the source code should go to the Develop Center of Mozilla Firefox.


          Also I think the Quoting feature here is broken.

              It's firefox with "carefully selected addons" I'm guessing that come pre-installed. Lol...

                  Well Firefox is open source, so it's probably just a group of people trying to make a dedicated impact of Firefox development.

                      Yeh, maybe, but to me I see it as a dedicated way to ripoff a popular code and try to market it as something all your own.
