i didnt have school yesterday so instead of reading a 400 page book and writing a paper on it that was due today, i just watched TV all day.

i enjoyed it. His speech was pretty good. i was hoping for a little more detail on things but oh well. lulz at the chief justice that messed up the wording while obama was being sworn in

I was there and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my entire life. I stood in the cold for 8 hours and it was worth it. The entire city was full of positive energy. I've never seen so many people so happy.

One of the most painful moments was listening to millions of people booing Bush. I felt really bad for him.

At my school, they showed it on a big screen in our auditorium so we could all watch it. Good times.

I got to see it after I got a rotary club award yesterday morning on the way back to school. Very nice music and good speech. Didn't like the poem that was after it though =/

I had an English final during the whole thing =\

But I watched some of it on Youtube and the lady who did the poem spoke in a very boring tone imo. The speech was incredible though.

                    Re: He no go boom

You're basing this on what? How can he be overrated? He hasn't done anything yet to warrant rating. People aren't basing him on a scale of what he's done, they're basing him on a scale of "Not Being Bush" and so far, by not being Bush, he's fundamentally lived up to expectations. It could have been a cheeseburger being sworn in by a Hitler impersonator, and there would have been a positive reaction.

This is why he is overrated. He hasn't done anything and anything he might do won't have a noticeable effect on most of our lives.

But yet people herald him as the Second Coming.

I once again point to the fact that anyone that was a liberal would have had the same response.
