I just turned on my laptop, and all of a sudden anything that's a graphic on my IE is just a small square with red triangle, green circle, and blue triangle. How do I fix it?

That sounds like missing images since your browser isn't loading them.

You've posted 3 threads like this during this month. You've posted at least 14 others like it. It has been years and you haven't learned.
This is not your help forum or your tech support website. If you want your laptop fixed, go ask a computer website or take it into a shop, or better yet, learn how to fix it yourself. How do you think I got as good as I am at what I do? Nobody infused it into my brain. I learned it by my having no other alternative but to fix the problem.

This is the second one this month. And how am I supposed to go on a site when it won't even load because it uses a Flash program or other to navigate it? All the shops in town are closed right now because it's the day after Christmas. =/

Two threads? How about this one and this one? That makes three. If you count the quick reply button or whatever that was, that makes four. And that was something you could easily have PM'd a moderator about or asked somewhere else other than CC. If you have a problem, go post on a computer help website. There are thousands upon thousands out there. They do not all use flash or images for navigation.

I've cleared my cache and restarted twice.
Izz, I just downloaded and installed FireFox, and it's fine. The graphics are all there.

sure there may be a few "specialists" on the forums NFD but this is not a forum specifically for tech-help. Can't you spare a few minutes and find a suitable forum on the internet?
back on topic: you might have a setting turned off that will load the files, and instead replace them with a default object. I don't know much about IE but under internet options there's usually a multimedia section in the advanced tab. I would suggest using an alternative browser. IE has a few bugs that need to be worked out, not to mention the steal-all-your-passwords security hole.
NFD, you should try to find a proper tech support site, yet OrganisM, you don't need to freak out.

If you must indeed use IE, I might be able to help, but first I'd need to know if you're using IE6, IE7, or IE8. (I'm not going to be able to help you if you're using IE8, as I've never used it.)
