I emptied mine a couple minutes ago.

Most I've had in there is a few gigs.

I use a file shredder called SafeErase. Dunno if it actually does what it says it does (truly deletes a file to make it unrecoverable), but I know it's at least as secure as normal Windows deletion.

I deleted my recycle bin.
I tried to restore it, but it didn't work so well :/
