My laptop won't connect to my charger. It's plugged in, and I'll move it around slightly, but it won't charge, or even connect. Does anybody have any solutions?

That has happened to me in the past. I always figured the manufacturer made the charger in a way so that it would eventually break (the little metal piece that plugs into the laptop eventually just kind of snaps off) and I would have to go out and buy a new one. I haven't had that problem since I got Alienware, but the only solution I had before was to order a new charger. I'm by no means a computer whiz, though. Well it's connected right now, but I know if I move it even an inch, I'll lose it, so I can't really do much right now, any other solutions?

Just don't move your laptop.
