Bush hides the facts?

I dont know how many of you have heard/seen this before, but it's weird as heck.

Right click your desktop.
New>Text Document.
Open it and type in bush hides the facts.
Save (not save as)
X out.
Reopen.

Someone wants me to post something to continue the so-called "Discussion" of this topic that ended five years ago.

1) It's a Unicode bug in Notepad. It works with any combination of four-three-three-five letter words.

2) The Chinese characters have no meaning whatsoever.

3) Only an idiot would think this has any kind of meaning or relevance.

Why hasnt anyone, including microsoft made a fix for this? Couldnt this ruin some portions of peoples work they do?

Well Mr. that word combo is fail. Its a false combo, only certain word combos can trigger this event. Some may not have been found yet, which could in fact be something you type in a paper of some sort, correct?
