What's a rapestick?

I have no idea. It makes for an amazing team name though.

I originally came up with the name for Rock Band. I named our band that, and made our logo the hand, but with only one finger. The middle finger. Sticking straight up.

Ever since playing people online with that band name, I've grown to love the word. It makes for some awesome trash talk during battles too.

And I've grown very fond of my middle finger logo as representing what a rapestick is.

I was just wondering what you're all picturing in your heads when you see the word 'rapestick'.
