    Animal Face-Off

Yes, I know there's another topic like this, but this is realistic.

Shark: Serated cutting teeth, 1700 lbs of pressure in the mouth. 15 MPH movement speed. Special muscle in mouth that allows extra speed while biting.

Salt-water Croc: Crushing jaw, 3900 lbs of pressure in the back of the mouth 1600 in the front. 29 MPH movement speed. Great reflexes.

Both of them are stealthly, both have armored hides.

Who do you think will win? Shark or Croc?
I say the Croc is gonna own the shark. (IMO)

Did you have to post that?

PS: If you don't care then don't bother posting in this topic.

Well, since sharks can't swim in shallow water, the only way they would be able to interact is in the deep water, in which case the shark is significantly more manuverable than the croc, so..I'm going with shark.

The crocodile would win if it wasnt that deep of water, but as the water gets deeper, the shark's chances increase. If i had money, i'd place it on the shark.
I\'d cut my arm off to feed you, if I thought you would eat it.

Shark. As anti pointed out, deep water fighting is forced, so shark. Plus, sharks have been found to be able to eat anything that exists. They once found a knight's suit in a shark's stomach. Whatever relevance this has to the topic, I have no idea. But I'd like to point that out so I type more in less. =)

The croc is 2x faster than the shark though.

I'm thinking the croc if in shallow water.
Couldn't take place in shallow water, maybe not deep water, but not shallow water.

AND IN RECENT NEWS: Shark won (because of the croc's lack of intelligence). If you went by battle wounds, the croc won. It tore off one of the shark's fins by using the death roll.

crocs cant attack under water.. they drownd.. sharks are better in deep water.. but how often do you see crocs in deep water? also.. sharks usually don't go in shallow water.. so.. basically this is pointless.. but if they were land animals with these attributes, then i would have to say, the croc.. because it uses more than just its teeth to attack.. and has VERY good reflexes..
