Subscription Problem

I got a 1 year subscription on FFR about a week ago, it worked at first but all of a sudden it "broke".
Under my avatar it does not say FFR Elite Supporter in profiles, but for some reason I still got that mini title, and as you can see if you look next to my avatar in the fourms it says "FFR Pyromaniac" But my name is not in that blue nor does it say FFR Elite Supporter under my avatar as well. (That also goes with profile chat, I don't have a blue name)

It is probably caused by that forum reset about one week ago. You better PM Tasselfoot about it.
