    It happens when you haven't fully downloaded a file or when you've downloaded a corrupted file.

      so a corrupted file means that...it glitches with all programs? or it's corrupted and it can't be played by a few programs? I can play the song with all my media players except itunes.

        Try editing the sound file, cut out a very small portion exactly where it skips.

          You have to export it to mp3. You have to have the Lame encoder installed to export it to mp3. I'm sorry I said saved earlier, that was a confusing word to choose. You can export it to wav though without the Lame encoder, but that would make the file a lot bigger.
