To the best of my knowledge, there is only 1 for each of the winning pieces (ie boardwalk) Everything else is mass produced. Side note, the guy who found boardwalk and won 1 million last year lives in St. Louis, according to the bag that my food came in.
As for the food, it sucks, but when you need to eat and it happens to be convenient, and cheaper than most of the food in the area (for me at least) might as well. Another side note, I ate there at least once a day last year for almost every day of monopoly.
Furthermore, enlisting all of your friends to get you game pieces is an easy way to better your odds so you don't have to go every day. This is also something that I try to do as often as possible so that I'm bringing down everyone with me when I go.
