probably what you need to do beforehand is really concentrating and believing it will cause you an effect. that works with real drugs, too. if you're skeptical about a drug you're not getting a full strenght reaction and the effect may be delayed.

Just don't think for a second that this I-Doser is causing anything, as it is entirely your doing.

Self inducing of mental states can be good for you. Many people meditate/whatever in order to reduce anxiety etcetera and there's nothing unhealthy about this. I just don't think this specific method is anything special and does not merit any attention.

Binaural Beats can effect your brain somewhat, but not emulate drugs. If anything it can make some sleepy, hyper, etc. Effect the mood, but not simulate a drug.

Many musicians combine binural beats with their music to bring out emotion. As long as you are wearing headphones, the pulses and tones dont have to be loud.

In short, it can effect you but not stimulate drugs.. the guys are using part science to add to the placebo effect.

Like I said, listen to one of them and then listen to music like JXL. And do it over monitor speakers if you have them. It did something to me, that's for sure.

i tried it before i went to sleep at 4am when my mind is at its weakest and all i got from it was just 30 minutes of being awake for no ****ing reason

No one really said it makes you high. Well, maybe some did, but in reality all its doing is stimulating the brain in the places said drugs would, trying to recreate that sensation, not to actually get you high.

First off, don't call anyone twats, and don't look down to them as if they are stupid. As it's been mentioned before, there is SOME reasoning as to why it's working.

I noticed this as well. If you don't see the effects working immediately, and believe that it's not going to work, then you will only feel the momentary HZ level change. However, if you believe it will work, placebo does its job and satisfies the effect that you wish to receive.

I used to do I-doser, but I stopped for no real reason, just didn't feel like doing it anymore. For all of you I-druggies, try Bufo)Toad.

I read the crap you posted, and there's one lesson you might want to learn: it's not true simply because it exists on wikipedia. That site can be edited by ANYONE, so if you use that wiki as anything more than a casual source, and without checking any other sources, you're a retard who fails the internet.

I downloaded all the mp3's. Nice to fall asleep too, although the only one to make me feel different was the A-Bomb. It started the cycle down process right as I was falling asleep. Weird feeling.
