    Wrong Job Buddy

I get home from school and flip on the Discovery Channel. There is a man trying to get rid of a massive bee's nest. He is doing his job checking out the nest and figuring out what he is going to do with it, then you hear the narrator say, "This job is particularly dangerous for (insert name here)." Then you hear the bee man say, "well this job is very dangerous for me because I am allergic to bees." D=

I know they have their equipment and everything is all tight and sealed but seriously! The complete opposite of what I would do if I was allergic to bees. (not exactly sure what the opposite of being a bee man is).

          Re: Wrong Job Buddy

From an early age his parents pushed him into Bee-Grade. He completed all his exams even though he was apprehensive about Bees and their ilk. He got into Bee-versity and his parents were excited and gave him lots of presents and congratulations. This made him want to keep going to get presents and he passed Bee-versity with first buzz honours.

After that he was only really qualified to work as a bee-keeper. One day while on the job he was distracted by a honey Bee with a particularly shiny coat. He expected closer only to leave part of his skin exposed, a Bee he had wronged 10 years ago saw its opportunity and attacked, dying for the cause, avenging his brother who had been so thoughtlessly slaughtered in a science lab by said protagonist in order to understand further the ritualistic undertakings a Bee undertakes ritually.

His back blossomed and ballooned out, looking like he was pregnant, but backwards. Turns out he was allergic. He got treated and managed to survive but by this point he had a family, three children, and a mistress to support. Unfortunately he had to keep doing the job he was doing in order to pay for everything.

So next time try understanding the back story before you so thoughtlessly dismiss why a person does a job they are allergic to. It may be their final hope for salvation.
