Well, the keys are much more fragile, because a laptop is designed for travel and slimness, not for durability. When the people designed the laptop, they didn't know that you would be banging repeatedly on the arrow keys.

Plus, they're small. And I have big hands. Just me though...

I play on a laptop. My keys are far from fragile because none of them have broken after 50,000 games. You have no idea what you're talking about. Look at my stats and tell me if my laptop sucks.

Also, there is no chance that your hands are bigger than mine, and I do just great.

I didn't say the laptop itself sucks... that's the good part, it's fast, and runs well.

I just tend to play better on a normal keyboard... and so do some of my friends... just my opinion

When I play spread (all the time because I'm a spread style player), my hands tend to get cramped together, and it's harder to get my fingers straight on the right keys, and I tend to miss arrows. Just me (again).

You have like one friend, and that's tofurox, and he's gay. I just want you to know that you hold a differing opinion. Quite a lot of people prefer their laptop to a keyboard, and people that do play on regular keyboards buy laptop-like designs.

EDIT: Sounds like you're playing the arrow keys, which technically isn't spread.

Map your keys to something like ASKL. That's truly spread, and you won't be cramped like you say.

But all my friends who played brought a keyboard with them if they used their laptop.

No offense, but your friends are dumb.

if your hands get cramped playing spread you're doing something wrong, no matter what keyboard.

He's not gay, although, I will admit, he is really retarded most of the time.

But most of my friends who played quit (like me), so I deleted them from my list because I knew they wouldn't play anymore.

And if I wanted to make friends, I would, but I'm too nervous. If people ask me, then I might say yes. But all my friends who played brought a keyboard with them if they used their laptop.

That's a good idea, except for the fact that laptop keyboards are incredibly fragile and small. Plus, they suck for playing FFR. They're ok for browsing the internet on the go or something like that, but if all you're gonna use it for is to play FFR, I wouldn't do it.

uh you're wrong laptops might actually be better for ffr and one key on my laptop makes a funny noise after about a year of abuse so no not fragile. Topic at hand, yes that sucks if it the truth. They cant prove that that is actually what happened. The admins would have to take your word on it and after all you were banned for cheating so it doesn't look good.

please stop making threads/posts to this nature. as sprite said... your IP was not banned incorrectly. your brother did something to get your IP banned. as such, you have been banned as well. it's unfortunate, but sometimes this stuff happens and in the "greater good" area, we'd rather lose 1 good member to keep out 1 bad member. sorry.

let this be a final warning though... if you continue to make threads/posts to this effect, i will forum ban you.
