    Computer problem

    Ok well I have this one folder on my desktop shown here:


    Looks like a normal folder right?

    Wrong.

    I can't delete it, rename it, put it in other folders etc etc.....

    How do I delete it? Right click and delete doesn't work. Clicking and dragging it to the recycle bin doesn't work either. Anyone know how to solve this dilemma?

    When you try to delete the folder does any certain message come up?

            Well, assuming if it was an invisible folder, this should work:

            Commend prompt > "ren <*alt+1060*>*insert name*

            I think that's how you do it.

                Try booting into safe mode as the administrator. If you dont know how to do that, restart then before the xp load screen shows press f5 or f8 then select safe mode. then log in and delete it. Then restart and start normally, it should be gone now.

                  that looks to me like a virus or a hidden folder, I seen how to make them on youtube. Like everybody else.
                  never knew how to delete them though... Thank's for the info guy's.
