I need some help.

Last night I was happily playing FFR and in the process I got three new AAA's. I have tried to update my levelrank more times then I can count, but it will not register that I got the new AAA's. I have the screen shots to prove that I got them, but they're not from when I actually got them. They say that my best rank is 1.
Does anyone have any idea as to how I can fix my levelrank for it to actually say that I got the three and I now have 19 AAA's?

did you AAA (skill) token songs?
if you did then that's why they're not showing up

yeah, only public songs show as AAA'sso dont worry about it, but they still lower your average rank. C:

umm not quite, only public songs lower average rank

@ichliebekase: They were probably either skill token songs or your internet disconnected while you were playing.

@virus003: Go to your levelranks, hit CTRL+F, type in the name of any skill token, it will say no results found. Skill tokens don't raise your average rank.

The same thing happens with regular tokens, if you AAA'd them.
