    Computer Question?

I'm getting my friend's high def tv soon, and it has a vga port for computers. After im done paying my friend off im thinking of saving for a computer i already have one in mind but i was wondering if it was a smart idea to double my tv as a moniter. The tv is a 26 inch which is big enough for my room, I just dont know if I will screw up the video card(s) might be getting sli or crossfire ) in the process.

It's not going to screw up your video card. If it doesn't support it, it just won't work. Buy an HDMI chord (on the internet, MUCH cheaper) and see if it works. I only suggest it for watching movies ect.
