Try checking THE CHAT FORUM (hint: "chit chat" does not equal chat room).

Also try describing your problem. If you can't log in, try clearing your cache. If you still can't log in you could be banned or there could be a momentary problem with the chat.

I'm pretty sure they've been working on the chat rooms all day. I'm pretty sure I read that in the CHAT FORUM.
