Depends on your circumstances.

A few people have been unblacklisted before, but they were well known, and more respected members of the community.

You can probably plead your case with LD, or Tass, but don't expect to get anything because you shouldn't have cheated in the first place.

if there weren't cheaters, the world wouldn't be what it is today. Everyone cheats, and everyone gets what happens when they do. Sometimes they get away with it, sometimes they get in a lot of Crap.
