ok im a retard and cant get this to work
if i send someone three photos
all sized and everything
can someone make it into a GIF. for me
with like 1 second delay on each picture
i'll give you credits =]

You should start by shrinking the avatar you have to be within the forum rule guidelines.

Just use the following free program:

http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/

All you do is drag and drop GIF images into it and choose the delay. It will do the rest and you'll have yourself an animated GIF image. Simple and easy.

every free program i have used whe ni save it it says that its unregister and stuff
its so annoying

Nah, this isn't a big thing that you have to register and all that other stuff. It's very simple and not that big of a program.
