Subliminally target a nonexistent malicious person or policy in your school, prove that it exists, and then vow to destroy/defeat it using your new position of power.
The cover-up propaganda should include a glorified and edited shot of your friend that shows him as a true leader, a legend, a powerful man, etc. Use text if necessary to back this up.
Posters should be put up in every major area of the school. Position them just above eye level, so that the person must look up at the poster. This will reinforce the glorified effect.
