yup thats what im trying to say moron...i thing its pretty obvious that im saying its not all what you think it is...its not just teenagers, drinking, beads, sex, indecent exposure...but i really feel that unless you experience something you shouldnt try to rate it based on what someone else said or what you saw on tv

You're just bitter because you don't hang out with that type of crowd. Perhaps it is wrong for you to judge Mardi Gras, having clearly never experienced it. Ever think of that? Maybe it's actually fun, moreso than posting on message boards and sitting and judging what other people do for fun. Saying that there is no fun in getting wasted and doing some girl is fine, but in the same vein, I could say, it's no fun to not have sex until marriage or being sober is no fun.
