Basicly you use paint (or other PAINTING Program) and make pictures. you use windows movie maker to make an animated video or just a pics vid. it MUST have a storyline. NO ANIMATION PROGRAMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE USED.
This weeks theme is Super Smash Brothers.
Mine Is Super Arrow Bros. Melee (2). the first one was crappy. This is an example but a good video too.
also before anyone says anything youtube messed up the super clear quality. but the words don't necessarely matter...much.
