Not from FFR...

Actually, I'll be at Italy for family reasons. What are those reasons? Well, not because I want to have a good time and enjoy the monuments. That would be a waste of a thread.

The reason is that my grandmother is really sick. The cause is unknown, but the doctors over there predict that she will be gone soon. We don't know when, which is why we'd rather visit now since it might be the last time we'll be able to see her in person again.

Really, it's my mom who is forcing us to go, but we aren't to blame here. I'm going to have a hell of a lot of homework to catch up on when I return though.

Anyways, reason why I'm posting this is because I want the FFR community to be aware of this and to keep her in your prayers. This is serious, and keep the jokes to a minimum. If it gets out of control, then I give Devonin or any other mods to lock this thread if not taken seriously, even if it is CC.

So I won't be online here as much, but please, keep her in you're prayers for the sake of my family (if you're religious).

We'll miss you.

Sorry to hear that. I know how you feel... My father passed away 8 years ago while I was 6. It was such a sad day since I did find him on the lawn dead of a heart attack... I thought he was sleeping but I was wrong.
But, I hope your grandmother gets well.

I just found who my real Grandmother is two days ago. Shes not too well either.

Ill pray that God will look after her and see her final bit of life peacefully, hopefully from the sounds of it she is going to a better place, so hopefully this wont be too sad of a time for you.

Thanks guys. I'm here at Italy right now with my grandmother and she's doing well. She's really happy to see me and all.

And one of my teachers allowed me some extra time to finish up when I get home.

EDIT: Since Italy here is 6 hours ahead, I will probably post 12:00PM to 6:00PM EST. Just so you know.

This is kind of strange.

One year ago today, I was in Italy at my grandfather's funeral. So I know how it feels to go to a different country but not really have any fun with it. =/ Hope your grandmother turns out okay.
