I've found this website that has a cel shaded mod for Oot and the master quest version of the game here's the url below
For people who liked wind waker I recommend this pack it has instructions and I downloaded it so i have seen the graphics
note: it only changes the graphics the difficulty hasn't changed at all.
This is only for an emulator or a console for your pc and its free I have roms for a lot of games for those who are wondering what a rom is because the emulator does not have the game you have to download it seperatly
it's a great way to enjoy the past

Please do not post links to possibly illegal items, in this case roms. They are legal if you own the game, but Zelda games are ESA protected.

Roms are illegal if you do NOT own the actual game.

Fallen's right, if you own the game and game system you can make a valid claim that the rom and emulator are just backups.
