One: there's no rule against wishing for more wishes
Two: Infinite wishes
Three: renstate all wish rules and a new one about not being able to wish to remove wish rules including the removal of the no wish rule removal rule. (if that makes sense)

then i'd sell wishes for monetary value.

Which i know sounds kind of dumb, but I'm one of the nice people within the world.
