This happened to me out of the blue a couple months ago when I booted up my Dell. I fixed it by swapping master/slave drives and reinstalling Windows from another preexisting Windows.
Now it has happened to me again, and I'm going to use the above to fix it again. What is causing this? (And does anything need to be replaced?)
