Got Reason 4.0 and I need help!

Do I have to use a piano to create a beat or what ever or can I use my keyboard. And where do I go for piano rolls like Fl studios.

Yes you can. You can manually place notes onto Reason just by using the mouse and keyboard. It's more labor-intensive however, so a midi keyboard really does help.

Reason itself is a pretty complicated program, so try messing around with the gadgets and whatnot first.
