Well, I'm gonna be gone for a while (again). I just think this site needs a better community. I hate how you have to be "the best" to get out of criticism. Like when people start to try new games, for example. "This game sucks. U fail. End. !" People just need to stop crushing the ones below them, and maybe this forum will get a little better.

I'm checking back in after a month or two to see what's different.

(Credit hunters, there's nothing here.)

I'll be playing on the Sims 2 and TSR, where the community is very strong and supportive. No competition there, which I think FFR is all about (among the users).

Thanks, I'm not going forever, but just waiting for the forums to improve. TSR has a VERY strong community. Nobody is trying to crush others, and there are hardly any rivalries going on (actually, none that I know of.)

I don't think you need to be the "best" at FFR to gain respect on the forums....unless you are posting crappy scores in the brag boards.

This thread made me lol. If you want to see a crowd of overly competitive people that are complete assholes. You should go to odi. Seriously FFR is a place to have fun. If you want to leave because people "try to crush each other" then by all means go. But because of the nature of this game people are always going to try to one up each other. It's not changing any time soon.

Sad to see you go (even though I didn't know you). However, it shouldn't be that big of a deal if people are arrogant on the FFR forums. I see ****y people all the time and don't care because people who take the time out of their day to insult people over the Internet need to get a couple of priorities straightened out in their own lives.

I've never been good at this game, yet for some reason I seem to be receiving a modicum of respect. There's 1.4 million people on this site. I'm sure you could find a few people you like if you really tried.

I find people to be very supportive on this site...I don't even play FFR/SM very often anymore but I use the forums for ITG and other rhythmic games. It's people like you who junk up the forums with trash like this. Instead of looking for attention just leave.
