Heh, I dont have any reference pics for Sauron's eye. All I know is that it looks kinda chinky. I think.

I havent done any leveling hueing or saturating or anything yet to make it look accurate, either.

I've always wondered about those 3d rendering programs. How hard is it to pick up and what kind of render times are there?

Bryce is cheap. You can get it in some places, and always on Corel's website (whatever it is), and Ebay. Its like 90 bucks-110 bucks. Or free on Kazaa.

It depends what you are rendering for the time--Ive had like 1 minute or 2 minute renders to day-long renders. Or so.

Ive had one that WOULD be around half a month if it wouldnt keep bombing.

1.3 ghz processor, 256 megs o' RAM.
