i'm crying right now, too. no one on the internet cares, though. you have to learn to deal with your own life and grow up. we all have problems. if you can't accept the rules, you aren't mature enough to function on a forum. that's why 13 is a good minimum.

I think the minimum age should be 14.

Thirteen year-olds still don't have much common sense, and one year older can make quite a bit of difference.
