wow, some people cant sing

Alright, so im watching American idol, and its just sad
people are forgetting their lines, and singing worse than they did in the initial audition?
whats going on?
i understand its a lot of pressure, but EVERY SIGNLE GROUP IS MESSING UP, wow, i dont know what to say
a local kid was just shown and he forgot too, i feel bad, but i dont understand how you forget words to SUCH AN EASY SONG
i dunno, im confused

I watched the first like moderate fan, I watched 2 during the finals, and 3 I havent seen one yet. They suck that badly?

I can't help but think that some of the stupid crap that happens on that show was pre-written, given that they'd only care about ratings anyway

Don't you find it odd that so many people make it past the first auditions before they even get to go and see Simon and the others? "uhhh.. this guy is really bad, lets let him through, get him on camera and our ratings will increase 5%" It is all about ratings and we love to watch people fail and make fools of themselves on TV. For the most part it makes the public feel better about themselves. If it was a serious competition they would only show the talent.
