Credit proplem !

i dont get any credits !!! or i cant send them !!! i played game and i did get FC and 12 credits and i cliced "try another level" and then i watched my total credits and it didnt grow at all !!!! and then i tried send credits to my frien and she said she didnt get them and i didt loose any !!! why

this happened to me too. I tried buying and playing songs but my credits didnt change
