You know, legally he kid could sue you, or if he attempted/fulfilled the suicide his parents could sue you for aiding in the attempt. Telling anyone to is punishable by quite a few years in jail. I know how to joke, however you don't know about any of his actual psychological conditions. I hear that alone enough daily based just on how I look. So yes, the topic is fairly sad in itself, but that joke is also pretty sad.
