well
you need a web host with php and mysql installed on the web server
then goto phpbb.com and download the files, upload them to your server,and go though the install
there are very few free webhosts with php and mysql

Dumbass, Yugioh is teh fuck. I cant believe I liked it but hey, it got me a hell of alot of money. I would say over the 14 months that I played it I had won around $2000. No joke.
